Albert Einstein asked: 'What would the universe look like if we could travel near the speed of light?'

We show this and let you get a feel and intuition for his theory of Special Relativity! Welcome to ReferenceGames.com!

How is this Relativistic? And What does that mean anyway?

We have taken the classic game Asteroids and asked the question, what really happens when the ship speeds up and that speed approaches the speed of light?

As the ship approaches the speed of light, c, we can no longer simply follow the classical Newtownian rules of physics. As we approach c we must now follow Relativistic physics.

Relativistic theory tells us that as we approach the speed of light length is contracted and time is dilated.
